Adjust preload on the chassis quickly and precisely

The patented XTRIG preload adjustment system enables quick and precise adjustment of the damper or spring preload. This allows you to adapt the setting to the terrain on which you are traveling with your HUSQVARNA FE 450.

Function and operation

The preload is adjusted directly on the vehicle using an 8mm T-key. This means that adjustments can be made without complex operation if the requirements for the chassis change due to changing track conditions.

Assembly principle

For assembly, the screws for adjusting the spring preload are removed and replaced with the XTRIG system. The preload can then be adjusted using the intended operation.

Factual note

The setting should be made to suit the terrain on which the motorcycle will be ridden. The T-key supplied or used has a size of 8mm.
