AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for Husqvarna FE 450

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection protects the engine area of the Husqvarna FE 450 during demanding enduro applications. The construction made of 8 mm thick HDPE covers the area from the frame to the underside of the footrests, thus forming a continuous protective surface on the underside of the vehicle.

Protection concept for tough enduro conditions

The underrun protection is designed so that the deflection of the shock absorber is also included in the protection area. Below the deflection, a double thickness of material provides additional reinforcement. The corresponding reinforcement part is included. The revised structure and manufacturing process were developed for use under “Hard/Extreme” conditions.

Testing and vehicle assignment

The AXP underrun protection was tested and approved by Wade Young (Sherco Factory Team) after a year of testing under tough and extreme conditions. The product is for them HUSQVARNA FE 450, built between 2017 and 2023, provided.

The black version blends discreetly into the motorcycle and is suitable for riders who want to specifically protect the lower engine and chassis area during enduro rides.
