Components and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS uses RK-Excel rims made of 7000 series aluminum alloy on its wheels. As an alternative, A60 rims are available, which the product claims are 15% stronger than standard Excel rims. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy, CNC machined and anodized in the Netherlands.

According to the product, stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel blend offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and tested before shipping.
