Short levers for precise operation

The Evotech Performance Evo Short Set was developed model-specifically for the Kawasaki Vulcan S Cafe built between 2018 and 2020. The lever blades, which are shorter than the original levers, are designed for operation with two gloved fingers.

Ergonomics and adjustment

• Approximately 55mm usable lever width
• Six-way adjustable reach on the brake and clutch levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Deeply rounded edges along the levers for comfortable contact and controlled feel
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position

The short design reduces the likelihood that the lever will hit when it comes into contact with a solid object. There is also a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and holder holders milled from solid aluminum
• Recessed backs to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• CNC machined stainless steel hinge pins and locking clips
• Black anodized lever blades and holder mounts
• Red anodized adjusters
• Ball ends designed according to the applicable dimensional specifications

Scope of delivery

A model-specific set consisting of a short brake lever and a short clutch lever with the associated holder mounts, adjusters, pivot bolts and safety clips is supplied.

Assembly

The precisely milled holder holders are intended to accept the respective original components. Basic tools are sufficient to replace the standard levers; The assembly can be followed using the manufacturer's video instructions.
