Precise lever control for the Kawasaki Z900RS SE

Developed by Evotech Performance, the set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support pleasant and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever design

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid object and can then be manually returned to its starting position.
• A preloaded spring and bearing hold the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
• The short brake lever positions the end of the ball closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars.
• A defined breaking point at the ball end of the brake lever helps to specifically limit damage.

Individually adjustable grip width

Both levers have a six-way reach adjustment with red anodized adjusters. Milled markings indicate the selected position. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the lever center with a tolerance of ± 1 mm.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength.
• CNC-manufactured bracket connections enable the precise adoption of the standard components.
• CNC machined bolts and locking clips are made of stainless steel.
• Black anodized levers and bracket connections provide a durable finish.

Scope of delivery

• A full length folding Evotech Evo clutch lever
• A short, non-folding Evotech Evo brake lever for two-finger operation
• Six-way adjustable, red anodized reach adjuster on both levers

Assembly

The CNC-milled connections are designed to precisely accommodate the standard components. This means that the existing clutch and brake control components can be incorporated into the Evotech levers.
