Round H4 main headlight for ZRX retro conversions

A ZRX 1100 or ZRX 1200 combines sporty proportions with a classic roadster appearance. This universal 7-inch LTD-style headlight offers a suitable design language for individually designed fronts. The component is black, with clear glass and an H4 prism reflector. However, this is not a confirmed model-specific solution.

Compare the distance between the intended holders and the 200 mm of the headlight and check the M8 version. The depth of 138 mm must be taken into account in the planning, including the connections behind it. Instrument position and existing trim parts can also determine the available space.

The electrical connection must be checked on the wiring harness of the specific ZRX. H4 main light and parking light must be able to be integrated correctly. In addition, the handlebars should be moved up to both stops to ensure clearance for the fork, tank, cables and lines.

The information E-approved refers to the main headlight. Whether the conversion is permissible with its bracket, installation height and orientation must be assessed separately. Dimensions, connections and freedom of movement must therefore be recorded directly on the ZRX 1100 or ZRX 1200 before making a decision.
