This high racing windscreen is intended exclusively for race fairings on the 2011-2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R. The raised shape provides extensive coverage from oncoming airflow and gives the race fairing a distinctly sporty profile.

Racing material and design

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA acrylic with a thickness of 2 mm. Its shape is tailored for use with a race fairing and provides extensive coverage from oncoming airflow. WRS racing windscreens of this type are also used by teams in international motorcycle racing.

Available versions

The windscreen is available tinted under code KA001F and clear under code KA001T . This allows the windscreen's appearance to be matched to the race fairing's design.

Installation on the race fairing

This windscreen is not intended for the stock fairing. Adjustments to the fairing may be required for correct installation on the race fairing. All screws must be tightened to 3 Nm unless a different torque specification is provided.

Approval

An ABE document is available for the racing windscreen. Please check the vehicle and the stated scope of validity in the document beforehand. Its exclusive compatibility with race fairings for track use must still be observed.
