Kawasaki ZX6R [2000-2004] - Evo folding clutch lever and short brake lever set

Precise control for clutch and brake

Developed by Evotech Performance, this lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the levers ensure an ergonomic support and a defined operating feel.

Function-oriented lever design

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle and is then manually returned to its starting position.
• A preloaded spring with bearing holds the clutch lever securely in its regular position.
• The non-folding Evo short brake lever ends closer to the vehicle, thereby reducing its exposure at the end of the handlebars.
• A defined snap point is located at the ball end of the brake lever.

Individually adjustable grip width

Both levers have a six-way adjustable grip width. Milled markings indicate the selected position. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the lever center with a tolerance of ±1 mm.

Billet aluminum and CNC machined details

• Lever blades and holder holders are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce the weight while maintaining stability.
• CNC machined pivot pins and locking clips are made of stainless steel.
• Lever and holder mounts have a durable black anodization.
• The reach adjusters are permanently anodized red.
• Evotech Performance logos are integrated into the levers and holder mounts.

Assembly

The holder mounts are CNC milled to precisely accommodate the original components. Both levers are model-specific for the Kawasaki ZX6R.
