Short levers for precise two-finger operation

The Evotech Performance Evo Short Set was developed model-specifically for the KTM 1190 Adventure. The lever blades, which are shortened compared to the original levers, offer a usable width of around 55 mm and are designed for comfortable operation with two gloved fingers.

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support a comfortable grip. The short design also reduces the risk of the levers being hit and breaking when they come into contact with a solid obstacle.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on the brake and clutch levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for a durable finish

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Milling on the backs reduces weight without sacrificing the required strength. CNC-manufactured stainless steel pivot bolts and securing elements complement the construction.

The precisely machined mounting brackets are tailored to accept the standard components. A defined breaking point is located at the spherical end of the lever, the dimensions of which meet legal requirements.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard levers and is not universal. Basic tools are sufficient for assembly. The model-specific milled mounts enable the original components to be installed precisely; Downloadable video assembly instructions from the manufacturer are available.
