The FRESCO Factory expansion pot was developed for the KTM 125 SX built between 2023 and 2025. Its construction made of sheet steel with variable thickness combines targeted protection in particularly vulnerable areas with a harmonious sound from the exhaust system.

Function and execution

Due to the different sheet thicknesses, the expansion pot is designed specifically for the stressed zones. This helps protect the most vulnerable parts and helps preserve the characteristic sound of the exhaust system. The completely hand-made production also gives the component an eye-catching appearance.

The weld seams are closed so that annoying protrusions are avoided. In addition to its striking appearance, the expansion pot is designed to increase performance across the entire range of applications.
