RFX Pro Clutch Cover for KTM 150 EXC 2024-2025

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the 2024-2025 KTM 150 EXC. Its deeper profile increases the clutch's oil capacity by 100cc. This can reduce the oil temperature during long races - especially in extremely muddy or sandy conditions where the clutch is under heavy strain.

More oil volume and robust design

The 1.5 mm deeper profile creates additional space for the clutch oil and supports improved oil circulation. The cover helps to relieve the clutch under high loads and promotes its longevity.

The clutch cover is made of aluminum 6061-T6 and CNC machined from a solid block. The construction allows for thin and light areas while achieving high strength and durability. This helps prevent damage from stones, rocks, footpegs or brake pedals that can puncture a standard lid.

Durable surface

The durable Akadize surface treatment is dark titanium gray and increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit. This means the surface remains durable and visually appealing even with regular use.
