The BOYESEN RAD Valve RC2 membrane block is designed as a model-specific intake system for the KTM 150 XC W in the entire 2017-2023 model year range. Its design combines a flow-oriented internal geometry with coordinated membrane blades for efficient intake and precise adaptation to the respective model, year of manufacture and displacement.

Flow-optimized design

The valve body is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically machined inner surface. Four aerodynamic directional distributors divide the charging current flowing in at an angle evenly without causing flow losses. This creates an optimized intake system with the aim of improved efficiency, higher peak performance and better acceleration on the machine designed for this purpose.

Membrane technology and sealing

Assembly and vehicle assignment

A carburettor socket clamp and a gasket are included in the scope of delivery. Installation is intended without modifications. The membrane block is assigned to the KTM 150 XC W from the years 2017 to 2023. The model-specific design supports a tailor-made selection for this vehicle.
