RFX Pro Clutch Cover for KTM 250 EXC F 2014-2016

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the KTM 250 EXC F from the 2014-2016 model year range. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, thereby supporting lower oil temperatures. This advantage is particularly relevant during long races and in very muddy or sandy conditions when the clutch is subjected to frequent stress.

Function and construction

The Pro design is designed to increase oil capacity and oil circulation. This supports the clutch under high loads. The lid has a 1.5mm deeper profile and is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The process allows for thin and light areas while maintaining high strength and durability.

The robust design helps prevent damage from stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals, which can result in a puncture in a standard lid. The clutch area is designed to be more robust for demanding off-road use.
