The PROX forged piston is designed for the KTM 250 EXC-F SIX Days from the 2014-2022 model year range. As a forged aluminum version, it combines the specified piston dimensions with a standard compression and a compression ratio of 14.4:1.

Piston set for replacement

The PROX piston set is intended as a replacement solution for the original piston. The set includes piston rings, piston pins and circlips. The pistons are precision machined on CNC equipment and use a low expansion, low friction piston alloy.

A coating supports the wear process during the starting and running-in process. The developed apron coating also supports running-in and reduces friction after running-in.
