BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 for the KTM 250 EXC SIX Days

The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block with carbon slats is tailored to the KTM 250 EXC SIX Days from 2017. Its design combines a flow-optimized intake path with model-specific membrane slats.

Flow-optimized design

The housing is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically shaped inner surface. Four aerodynamic directional dividers distribute the intake flow flowing in at an angle evenly without causing flow losses. This means that the membrane block is designed for an efficient intake process and optimized intake performance.

Carbon membrane slats for coordinated response behavior

The variably pre-tensioned membrane slats are model-specific and tailored to the vehicle, year of manufacture and displacement. Aerospace carbon material is used. A rubber coating and fuel resistance support a permanently tight seal of the slats.
