RFX Pro clutch cover for KTM 250 SX

The RFX Pro clutch cover is tailored to the KTM 250 SX from the full 2017-2022 model year range. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This can cause the oil temperature to drop during long races, especially in heavily muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch stress.

Function and construction

The increased oil capacity and the designed oil circulation support the clutch in demanding racing applications. The lid is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. In this way, light, thin areas can be combined with a resilient construction. The design is designed to increase resistance to contact with stones, rocks, footpegs and brake pedals over a standard lid.
