RFX Pro Clutch Cover for KTM 250 SX F 2013-2015

The hard anodized RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the KTM 250 SX F from the 2013-2015 model year range. Its 1.5mm deeper profile expands oil capacity by 100cc, supporting lower oil temperatures during long races. The additional amount of oil contributes to thermal relief, particularly in muddy or sandy conditions where the clutch is subjected to greater stress.

Function and construction

Manufactured from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum allows for thin and light sections while maintaining high strength and durability. This means the clutch cover is designed to better prevent damage from stones, rocks, footrests and brake pedals than a standard cover. A damaged cover can immediately end the race.

Surface and vehicle assignment

The durable Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit. The magnesium version combines the technical function with a permanently attractive surface. The clutch cover fits the KTM 250 SX F, built between 2013 and 2015.

The design supports improved oil circulation and can therefore contribute to the performance and longevity of the clutch.
