RFX Pro clutch cover for KTM 250 SX F

The RFX Pro clutch cover is tailored to the KTM 250 SX F from 2016-2022 and supports higher oil capacity and improved oil circulation in the clutch area. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This can reduce oil temperature during long races, especially in heavily muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch load.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for thin, lightweight sections and combines low weight with high strength and durability. The reinforced lid helps prevent damage from stones, rocks, footpegs or brake pedals that can cause a standard lid to break through.
