Powerflow kit for a reliably sealed airbox

The TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit was developed for the KTM 250 SX-F Factory Edition. It combines an air filter with a precisely fitting construction for the transition to the airbox. This means that the focus is not just on the filter element: the seal and the stable mounting also contribute to the function of the system.

Function and construction

The rigid, lightweight aluminum cage replaces the standard plastic cage. This gives the air filter a resilient location within the airbox. For applications where this is required, a billet aluminum flange complements the design. This is screwed tightly to the airbox and creates a defined sealing surface.

Selection and use

The construction is designed for a leak-proof fit on the airbox. The kit thus supports a clean connection between the air filter and airbox and at the same time takes into account the maintenance requirements of the respective application. The aluminum cage and the billet aluminum flange, which is provided if required, form the central components of the Powerflow version.
