Precise lever control for the KTM 390 Duke

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism and compact brake lever design

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring with bearing holds it securely in position while driving; it is then reset manually.

The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, it has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable ergonomics

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for lasting surface quality

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and mounting connections CNC-machined from solid aluminum
• Black anodized levers and mounts
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back while maintaining strength
• CNC-manufactured bolts, locking clips and other provided connecting parts made of stainless steel
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Assembly

The precisely milled mounting connections are designed for easy acceptance of the standard components. Video instructions from the manufacturer are also available for assembly.
