RFX Pro Clutch Cover for KTM 450 SX F 2016-2022

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the KTM 450 SX F in the 2016-2022 model year range. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This allows the oil temperature to be kept lower during long races, especially in heavily muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch stress.

Function and construction

The increased oil capacity and the designed oil circulation support the load capacity and service life of the clutch. The lid is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. This creates a design with thin, lightweight areas and increased strength and durability over standard lids.

The robust design helps prevent damage from stones, rocks, footrests and brake pedals, which can cause a standard lid to bottom out. The black hard anodized surface treatment increases resistance to wear and tear from boots and grit.
