AXP Xtrem underrun protection for the KTM 450 SX F 2023-2027

The AXP Xtrem underrun protection with linkage protection protects the entire frame of the KTM 450 SX F up to the footrests. At the same time it covers the water pump, the housing and the linkage. The component thus combines several protection areas in one continuous design.

Function and execution

Made from 8 mm thick PE-HD plastic, the underrun protection combines a robust protective construction with a weight of 1.5 kg. The polyethylene plastic used is 30-40% lighter than a comparable aluminum underrun guard. In addition, the material does not generate any vibrations and is not subject to deformation.
