KTM 790 Adventure R [2019-2021] - Evotech Evo folding clutch lever and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for adventure, street and track day

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever blade can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing holds the lever securely in position during normal operation; It is then manually returned to its original position.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its shorter shape positions the end of the ball closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, the ball end has a defined snap point.

Individually adjustable

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Red anodized adjusters with milled position markings
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Adaptation to different finger lengths

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and holder connections milled from solid aluminum
• Black anodized finish on levers and holder connections
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Millings on the back to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery and assembly

A coordinated set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a short brake lever including the associated holder connections and designated fastening components is delivered. The CNC-milled mounts are designed for precise integration of the original components.
