KTM 790 Duke [2018-2022] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Control and protection for the lever valve

Developed by Evotech Performance, the set combines a full-length, folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Both levers offer a six-way adjustable grip width and anatomically rounded edges for comfortable operation and a defined grip feeling.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever blade can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring and bearing hold the lever securely in its intended position while driving. After triggering, it is reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its ball tip, which is positioned closer to the vehicle, reduces the attack surface at the end of the handlebars. There is a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Construction and materials

• Lever blades and holder connections machined from billet aluminum
• CNC machined stainless steel fasteners
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength
• Black, durable anodizing on levers and holder connections
• Red anodized reach adjusters
• Milled markings to indicate the selected position

Individual reach adjustment

Both levers can be adjusted in six positions to suit different finger lengths. The typical adjustment range is 17mm at the center of the lever with a deviation of plus or minus 1mm.

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled holder connections are designed to accommodate the intended original components. This allows the levers to be mounted precisely on the standard fittings.
