KTM 890 Adventure R [2021+] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise control for clutch and brake

Developed by Evotech Performance, the lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges ensure a pleasantly shaped contact surface over the entire length of the lever.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring with a bearing reliably holds it in its normal position; It can then be reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo-Short brake lever is designed for two-finger operation. Its compact length positions the ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the outer end of the handlebar. There is a defined snap point at the end of the ball.

Individual setting

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Anodized adjusters with milled position markings
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm

Construction and materials

• Lever blades and holder connections made from milled solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel hinge pins and locking clips
• Recessed backs to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black anodized levers and holder connections
• Red anodized reach adjusters
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and holder connections

Scope of delivery

Included are a full-length folding clutch lever and a short two-finger brake lever with associated bracket connections and reach adjusters.

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the intended original components. Evotech Performance provides video assembly instructions for download.
