MALOSSI cylinder kit for Lml Star 125 Vintage

The MALOSSI cylinder kit gray cast iron Ø 63 is intended for the Lml Star 125 Vintage from the 2013-2017 model year range. The revised fluid dynamics with profiled transfer channels align the gas flow in the inlet and support high turbulence. This improves combustion efficiency and purging. The specially designed outlet geometry guides the gas flow towards the exhaust.

Technology designed for urban and sport

The two-ring piston with a diameter of 63 mm has a profile developed for high operating temperatures. The piston guidance in the cylinder is supported, while the reduced running clearance makes the alternating movement more precise. The cylinder head has a hemispherical inner contour, an inclined yet central spark plug position and revised cooling fins. Two centering bushings ensure the coupling of the cylinder and head; an O-ring separates both components.
