Aluminum cylinder kit for the LML Star 150 2 T Classic

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin ø 15 Sport is designed for the LML Star 150 2 T Classic from the 2009-2016 model year range. The design combines a cylinder made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner with a nickel-chrome coating.

Well thought-out cylinder and channel design

The cylinder core has a uniform wall thickness around the liner and openings. This supports controlled heat exchange. Aerodynamically profiled cooling fins promote the effective flow of cooling air. The redesigned and coated openings use CVF technology with 7 ports for a flow-optimized design.

The piston consists of a steel core with an aluminum and silicon alloy coating. Ribs on the inside of the apron reinforce more heavily stressed areas. Windows in the rear and diametrical grooves support the supply of fresh air to the cylinder openings.

Connection and area of application

The connection to the silencer is via a flange with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. A basic set of gaskets of different thicknesses allows compression to be adjusted to suit different uses.
