Aluminum cylinder kit for the Lml Star 150 Classic

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin ø 15 Sport is intended for the Lml Star 150 Classic from 2013-2017. The design combines an aluminum cylinder with a cylinder liner and nickel-chrome coating. The construction was designed for mechanical strength, heat dissipation and controlled gas flow.

Function and construction

• The cylinder has a uniform wall thickness around the liner and openings.
• Aerodynamically profiled cooling fins support heat exchange with the cooling air.
• The redesigned and coated openings utilize the 7 port CVF design.
• The connection to the silencer is via a flange with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The connection is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter.
• Precise centering on the contact surfaces establishes the connection to the cylinder head.

Suitable for Lml Star 150 Classic, built between 2013 and 2017. The kit does not fit with an electric start flywheel. The execution is intended exclusively for competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations.
