Aluminum cylinder kit for the LML Star 150 Glamor

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin ø 15 Sport is intended for the Lml Star 150 Glamor from 2013-2017. The design combines a cylinder made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner and nickel-chrome coating.

Function and construction

The cylinder core has a uniform wall thickness around the liner and openings. Aerodynamically profiled cooling fins support heat exchange. The redesigned, coated openings utilize the 7-port CVF design for optimized flow guidance.

Connection and adjustment

The connection is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. A basic set of gaskets in different thicknesses allows compression to be adjusted to suit different uses.
