MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit for the LML Star 150 Vintage

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 with CVF2 design and pin ø 15 is intended for the LML Star 150 Vintage from the 2013-2017 model year range. The design combines a cylinder made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner and nickel-chrome coating.

Function and construction

The uniform wall thickness of the cylinder core supports controlled heat exchange at the liner and openings. Aerodynamically shaped cooling fins are designed for an efficient flow of cooling air. The redesigned and coated openings utilize 7-port CVF technology.

The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. A precise centering creates the connection between the cylinder and the head via the machined contact surfaces.
