RAD fairing kit for the BMW R 1200 GS LC from model years 2013–2016

The comprehensive Motorsport kit redesigns the front and tank area and combines lightweight ABS fairing parts with functional airflow elements, stainless steel components and CNC-machined details. The additional parts required for model years 2013 to 2016 are already included.

Tank cover and fairing

• Lightweight Motorsport tank cover with graphics and transparent protection
• Painted in original colours and supplied with holes, screws, rubber components and required mounting accessories
• Pair of lightweight side panels made from matt-black ABS with a matt-transparent finish
• Front fairing component for a slimmer and more tapered front design
• Side mounts for the original R 1200 GS logos
• Two pre-cut decals as replacements for the removed logos
• Matt-black ABS centre cover
• Matt-black ABS end element with logo beneath a matt-transparent finish and matching bracket

Airflow and technical details

• Pair of radiator deflectors made from matt-black ABS with a matt-transparent finish
• The radiator deflectors direct hot air from the radiator away from the rider’s legs
• Airbox snorkels replacing the original airflow restrictors to increase mid-range performance
• Pair of sandblasted and electropolished stainless steel side protection elements to support airflow around the airbox snorkel
• Air intakes CNC-machined from solid Ergal and subsequently anodised
• Air intakes with laser-cut stainless steel mesh and side Unit Garage logo

Installation and compatibility

The kit is intended for the BMW R 1200 GS LC from model years 2013 to 2016. It is not intended for the Adventure version. The components are supplied ready for installation and can be fitted using the included mounting hardware.
