Precise control for clutch and brake

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short design

The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing keep it securely in position while driving; it is then reset manually.

The shorter brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, it has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths

Manufactured construction

• Lever blades and holder connections made from milled aluminum
• Black anodized surfaces on levers and brackets
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the backs of the levers
• Dimensions of the ball ends comply with legal requirements

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the original components. Video assembly instructions are provided for download by the manufacturer.
