The H20 I-Tech cylinder set is designed for the Piaggio Medley 125 IE Special Edition ABS from 2019-2020. With a bore of Ø 63 mm, 58.7 mm stroke and 183 cm³ displacement, it offers a clearly defined technical configuration. The compression ratio is 11.48.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact, lightweight and reinforced piston has three rings. It consists of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin coating on the sliding surfaces. Production takes place on machine tools with numerical control; Improved heat exchange surfaces complement the construction.
