The DIRECTION 2 roof protects the interior of your vehicle from the elements and falling dirt. The black version complements the look of the POLARIS RZR XP 1000 TURBO and offers a robust cover for off-road use.

Function and construction

Made from black HMW High Density Haircell Polyethylene with a thickness of 4.7 mm (.187"), the roof combines stability with a certain flexibility. The individually curved design supports dimensional rigidity. Additional corner elements increase stability and strength and are secured with rivets.

The precise machining is carried out on a CNC milling machine with 5 axes. This means that the edges have a particularly smooth finish. Custom-made, injection-molded nylon clamps are used for fastening. Nuts and screws have a black coating.

Vehicle assignment and assembly
