Robust engine protection for the Sherco 125 SC

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection protects the engine block, the side engine housing and the frame during enduro use. Its design made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with 8 mm thickness offers a continuous protective surface for the stressed areas underneath the motorcycle.

Function and construction

The underrun protection is manufactured as a one-piece component using the thermoforming process. For this purpose, the material is cut and thermally formed. The one-piece construction is designed to provide comprehensive protection of the engine area and frame. Compared to 4 mm thick aluminum, the HDPE version is 40% lighter. It is also designed to be vibration-free.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The underrun protection is intended for the Sherco 125 SC from the entire 2019-2020 model year range. Installation is carried out on the standard brackets. No drilling or modifications to the motorcycle are required. A mounting kit and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
