AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for Sherco 250 SEF-R Racing

The AXP Enduro The construction protects the engine area and extends beyond the usual underbody to the shock absorber deflection.

Function and structure

• 8 mm thick HDPE for the underrun protection
• Extended version to protect the shock absorber deflection
• Double strength below the deflection
• Reinforcement part for the area under the deflection is included
• Continuous protection from the frame to the bottom of the footrests

The new structure and the new manufacturing process combine the extensive protection of the engine area with a reinforced zone on the deflection. This means that the underrun protection covers the relevant area under the motorcycle, including the transition from the frame to the footrests.

Testing under demanding conditions

The underrun protection was tested and approved by Wade Young from the Sherco Factory Team after a year of testing under “Hard / Extreme” conditions. The design therefore comes from an application environment in which the protection of the underside of the engine and deflection area is particularly relevant.

Vehicle assignment

Suitable for the Sherco 250 SEF-R Racing, built between 2016 and 2021.

The version is available in blue and is suitable for specifically equipping this Sherco Enduro model with a continuous underrun protection made of 8 mm HDPE.
