AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection made of HDPE for the Sherco 300 SE F-R Factory

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection is designed for complete engine protection and is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a thickness of 8 mm. The black protective plate follows a revised design and a new manufacturing process.

Function and protection area

• 8mm thick HDPE construction in black
• Extended design to protect the shock absorber linkage
• Double material thickness below the linkage
• Reinforcement part for the area under the linkage is included
• Integrated protection from the frame to the bottom of the footrests

Thanks to the extended design, the underrun protection extends to the shock absorber linkage. Additional reinforcement with double material thickness is provided in this area. The protection area extends continuously from the frame to under the footrests.

Testing in extreme conditions

The design was tested and approved by Wade Young from the Sherco Factory team after a year of testing under “Hard / Extreme” conditions. This means that the design is geared towards demanding use in the enduro sector.

Vehicle assignment

The underrun protection is assigned to the Sherco 300 SE F-R Factory, built in 2014-2015.
