Clear glass round headlights for GSX and Inazuma conversions

Striking naked bikes such as the GSX 750, GSX 1400 and Inazuma 750 and 1200 can serve as the basis for a newly designed round headlight front. The universal 7-inch LTD-style headlight is black, uses clear lens and features an H4 prism reflector. The models mentioned describe the style and conversion context, not a confirmed fit.

Estimate the installation space realistically

With an outer diameter of 201 mm and a housing depth of 138 mm, the headlight requires sufficient space in front of and between the front components. Glass and reflector measure 168 mm. The side M8 mounts are 200 mm apart and must be compared with the intended holder construction.

Check the connections and plan a protected, tension-free cable routing behind the housing. At full steering lock, instruments, forks, tank, cables and cables must not collide with the headlight or its holders. Existing modifications must be included in this test.

The E-test is a product feature, but not a blanket license for every assembly. Secure attachment, alignment, dimensions and the permissibility of the entire front change must be checked on the specific GSX or Inazuma.
