Engine housing cover protection for the Suzuki GSX-S 1000 GT

The R&G RACING engine casing cover protector consists of three black covers and is designed to protect the sensitive engine casings. The slim design supports high ground clearance, while the low weight keeps the design particularly light.

Function and execution

• Made from 4mm thick polypropylene
• Black version with a matte finish
• Bolt mounts over the OEM engine cases
• Racing series with reinforcement for greater slip resistance
• Interchangeable puck or slider at impact surface

The three covers protect one of the most sensitive areas of the engine and combine this protective function with a slim racing look. The impact surface is designed with a replaceable puck or slider. This means that this element can be replaced if necessary without changing the design of the entire protection.

Development

The execution was developed in collaboration with selected high-level BSB racing teams. The 4 mm polypropylene, the reinforced racing series and the matt finish characterize the technical and visual orientation of the three-part engine housing protection.
