Short levers for precise two-finger operation

The Evotech Performance Evo lever set was developed model-specifically for the Suzuki Hayabusa from 1999 to 2007. The lever blades, which are shorter than the original levers, offer a usable width of around 55 mm and are designed for comfortable operation with two gloved fingers.

Ergonomics and adjustment

• Deeply rounded edges along the levers for comfortable contact and controlled grip
• Six-way adjustable grip width on clutch and brake levers
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and bracket mounts are milled from solid aluminum material. Engineered areas on the back reduce weight without unnecessarily compromising structural strength. CNC-manufactured stainless steel bolts and safety clips complement the precise construction.

Less contact area

Compared to longer standard levers, the short design reduces the likelihood of hitting and breaking when it comes into contact with a solid object. With two-finger operation, the remaining fingers can remain on the handlebars.

Assembly

The CNC-milled mounts are designed to precisely accept the associated original components. According to the manufacturer, a basic set of tools is sufficient to replace the standard levers. Both levers are specifically tailored to the existing fastenings as well as the relevant clutch and brake light switches on the Hayabusa and are not universally usable.
