Triumph Tiger 800 [2010-2014] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the Triumph Tiger 800

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring and bearing keep it securely in position while driving. The lever is then manually returned to the starting position.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact length positions the legally sized ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Red anodized adjusters with milled position markings
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm

• Lever blades and connection mounts milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength

Assembly

The CNC-milled mounts are designed for precise assembly of the standard components. After installation, both levers can be adjusted to the desired finger range using their six positions.
