Precise control for clutch and brake

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support pleasant, controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing hold it securely in its intended position while driving. The lever is then reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact length positions the ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clearly visible operation

Material and manufacturing

• Lever blades and holder connections milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking elements
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black anodized finish on levers and holder connections
• Ball ends in accordance with legal dimensional requirements

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the original components. This allows the existing components to be integrated into the lever construction.
