MALOSSI Force Master 2 for the VESPA LX 125

The Force Master 2 electronic control is designed to adapt the injection to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. Depending on the vehicle, it allows the fuel adjustment to be adjusted within a range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed. This allows the tuning to be tailored specifically to the intended cylinder and exhaust configuration.

Functions and maps

• Four selectable maps for different combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter
• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder 63 mm and 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with 63 mm and 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, 63mm 150cc Malossi cylinder, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with 63 mm and 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter

Speed range

The rev limiter is raised by 2,250 rpm. Malossi cites 9,250 rpm in the original condition and 11,500 rpm with Force Master as comparison values.

Vehicle assignment

The control is intended for the VESPA LX 125 built between 2012 and 2014. This vehicle is intended to be used exclusively with a Malossi cylinder.

Coordination with O2 regulator

In combination with an O2 controller, the control unit enables comprehensive control of the injection. The coordination can be aligned with the processing steps intended by Malossi.

The product is intended exclusively for racing in designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
