The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 pin ø 14 4-stroke is a big-bore kit for the Vespa LX 4 T 3 V in the 2012-2014 model year range. The cylinder has a bore of 63 mm, a stroke of 58.6 mm and a displacement of 182.67 cm³. The compression ratio is 11.15:1.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact 3-ring piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion. The sliding surfaces have a tin coating. The piston is weight-reduced and reinforced. Special rings with high sliding properties and high mechanical strength complement the piston design. The ring set includes a nitrided and chrome-plated I-ring, a special cast ring as the second compression ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.

Suitable for Vespa LX 4 T 3 V, built between 2012 and 2014. The piston compression is designed as racing. The product is intended exclusively for competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations. Installation is intended exclusively with the Force Master 2 control unit.
