MALOSSI aluminum cylinder for the Vespa LX Touring 125

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 pin ø 14 4-stroke is intended for the Vespa LX Touring 125 from 2012. The design combines a bore of 63 mm with a stroke of 58.6 mm and a displacement of 182.67 cm³.

The cylinder-piston connection is designed with a tolerance of 0.05 mm. Machining is carried out on machine tools with high-precision numerical control. The piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin coating on the sliding surfaces. Special rings with high sliding properties and very high mechanical strength complete the design.

Suitable for the Vespa LX Touring 125, built in 2012. The cylinder can only be installed with the Force Master 2 control unit. The product is intended exclusively for racing in specially designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
