Adventure underrun protection made of 8 mm PE-HD for the Yamaha Ténéré 700

The AXP Adventure underrun protection protects the underside of the Yamaha Ténéré 700 in the area of the water pump, engine block, exhaust system and engine housing. The protective plate is made of 8 mm thick, high-density polyethylene plastic and forms a robust cover for key components in the lower part of the vehicle.

Function and construction

The fasteners are attached directly to the frame. This means that it can be installed both with and without the original crash bars. High-density foams are included and can be attached to both sides of the protective plate. They serve to avoid friction between the protective plate and the water pump or the motor housing.
