These brake cooling ducts are designed for the 2020-2020 YAMAHA YZF R 1. They direct oncoming airflow specifically towards the brake callipers, helping to manage the temperature of the brake pads, calliper pistons and braking system.

Targeted airflow to the brakes

The air ducts are designed to channel cooling air into the brake calliper. This can significantly reduce the temperatures of the pads and brake calliper pistons. At the same time, the temperature of the brake fluid or the entire brake circuit can drop by 30 to 40 °C.

Heat-resistant construction

The material used is designed for high temperatures. The ducts are installed directly on the original fork and secured with the supplied cable ties.
