Manual adjustment kit for the electronic Öhlins fork

Mechanical suspension tuning for track use: This conversion kit is intended for the 2015-2019 YAMAHA YZF-R1M equipped with the standard electronic Öhlins fork. It converts the fork’s electronic adjustment functions into precise, manually adjustable functions.

Adjustment options

The mechanical adjusters allow the fork to be precisely tuned to the desired track setup. The following parameters can be adjusted manually:

• R – hydraulic rebound damping
• C – hydraulic compression damping
• Spring preload

Compatibility and versions

The kit may only be used on motorcycles fitted with an electronic Öhlins fork as standard. It is designed for the Öhlins FL 912 fork; the fork itself is not included. Before purchasing, the code on the fork leg must be checked against the required version.

Two colours are available for a visually coordinated setup:

• Blue – OH010C
• Black – OH010N

Professional installation

Correct installation requires suitable tools for removing the fork cap as well as sound technical expertise. Otherwise, installation should be carried out by a suspension technician or a suitably qualified workshop.
