Manual conversion kit for the electronic Öhlins fork

Direct mechanical control over the suspension setup: The conversion kit was developed for the 2020-2022 YAMAHA YZF-R1M equipped with the standard electronic Öhlins fork. It replaces the electronic adjustment functions with precise manually operated adjusters.

Targeted suspension tuning

The mechanical adjusters allow the fork to be precisely tuned to the desired track setup. The following can be adjusted manually:

• R – hydraulic rebound damping
• C – hydraulic compression damping
• Spring preload

Requirements and fork codes

The conversion kit is intended exclusively for motorcycles factory-equipped with an electronic Öhlins fork. It is compatible with fork codes FL 940, FL 942 and FL 943. The respective fork is not included with the item.

Before ordering, the code on the fork leg must be checked to ensure correct compatibility.

Colour selection

• Blue – OH013C
• Black – OH013N

Both versions offer the same manual adjustment functions and differ only in colour.

Installation by a professional

Suitable specialist tools are required to remove the fork cap. In addition, proper installation requires appropriate technical experience. If this is not available, installation should be carried out by a suspension technician or a qualified workshop.
