Racing Windscreen +45 mm Track for the YZF-R1M

This racing windscreen was developed for the 2020-2024 YAMAHA YZF-R1M and dedicated use with a racing fairing. The profile, raised by 45 mm compared with the original, provides greater protection from oncoming airflow and creates a clean aerodynamic finish across the front of the racing fairing.

Material and construction

The 2 mm-thick windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA plexiglass. This material is also used for windscreens in professional motorcycle racing. The clear version combines unobstructed visibility with a distinctly sporty front-end appearance.

Installation note

During installation, all screws must be tightened to 3 Nm unless otherwise specified. The windscreen may only be used together with a suitable racing fairing.
